The hosts went out of their way to be helpful, filling my water bottles for biking and even allowing us to leave our car while we explored. the bathroom lacked privacy glass, which might be a concern for some guests. with the property set back from a busy road, there was noticeable traffic noise at night. But despite that, the hospitality and the lovely garden area definitely made our stay enjoyable.

Had a great time with friends at this B&B! We enjoyed exploring the stunning SW Coastpath and biking along the Exe Cycle Trail. The hosts made us feel at home, with excellent hospitality. Secure off-road parking and bike storage were a huge plus, as well as a delicious breakfast with plenty of choices to start the day. Perfect spot for adventure enthusiasts!

The Standard King Room was amazing! Super comfy bed with hypoallergenic pillows, nice seating area, and a shower that felt like a spa. Plus, the complementary snacks were a nice touch. Den and Jules made everything easy, even uping the room to en-suite. Breakfast was fresh with tasty options, and they offered takeaway coffee while we relaxed in the conservatory.
